We currently do not accept returns, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if there is an issue, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Domestic Shipping:
We offer shipping within the UAE, including same-day delivery for the emirate of Dubai Exclusively. Please note that all orders should be placed before (3:00 pm, 15:00) to benefit from this service. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard Delivery takes up to 3 working days across the UAE.
