Store Credit Only Refunds are provided exclusively in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases. Return Fees and Conditions We strive to ensure you love every purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review the following conditions and applicable fees: Return Fees A 30 AED return fee will be deducted from your store credit for any eligible returns. Conditions for Returns To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, meaning: Unworn and unused All tags and labels intact Original packaging included No odour whatsoever Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided. * Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
