Refunds are provided exclusively in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Fees
A 30 AED return fee will be deducted from your store credit for any eligible returns.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, meaning:
Unworn and unused
All tags and labels intact
Original packaging included
No odour whatsoever
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided.
* Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
