Store Credit Only
Refunds are provided exclusively in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
Return Fees and Conditions
We strive to ensure you love every purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review the following conditions and applicable fees:
Return Fees

A 18 AED return fee will be deducted from your store credit for any eligible returns.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, meaning:

Unworn and unused

All tags and labels intact
-
Original packaging included
-
No odor whatsoever
-
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchange can only be done for different sizes or colors of the same model or item of equal value.

Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, no perfume smell, and in original packaging).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Shipping Fees

Free delivery is applicable for orders above 300 AED for new purchases only, not for exchange service.

For exchanges within the UAE, a delivery charge of 30 AED will apply.

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Exchangeable/ non-Returnable Items
